Details: This spatula is great for making make crepes and thin omelets.
Ingredients & Materials: The spatulas are made from wild cherry trees primarily in PA, as well as NY and NJ. They ensure that the wood comes from responsibly harvested forests.
Measurements: This item measures 12" long and 2"wide.
Care & Use: Hand wash. It is recommend that you scrub the spatula using soap and warm water. Occasionally oil the whisk with natural coconut oil using a paper towel or cloth. The color will deepen with use and with age.
