Shipping policy

Orders placed before 12pm EST with all items in stock ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day. Orders that contain both in stock and made to order items, may be shipped in multiple shipments. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY.

Most Mociun collection jewelry is made to order just for you and can take approximately 2-8 weeks to complete. Pieces requiring alteration, servicing, or resizing, can take up to 4 weeks to complete. You will receive an expected shipment date within two business days of placing your order. 

Shipping within the United States

We offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $300 within the continental United States. Order over $1,000 receive complimentary expedited shipping service. Orders over $5,000 receive complimentary UPS Next Day shipping service. For orders under $300, we offer flat rate $10 ground shipping. All shipments are fully insured and those over $1,000 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Shipping confirmations are sent once your order is en route. Ground shipping may take up to 5 business days depending on your exact location. Standard shipping is typically delivered 3-4 days from the time of shipment and express shipping is typically delivered within 1-2 days of shipment. Expedited shipping options through UPS are offered at checkout. 

We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is available for orders under $1,000 and is fulfilled through USPS.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS. International shipping costs are determined by the carrier at checkout based on location and delivery service. Once an item is in your cart, you can view shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes on the right side of shopping cart page. Please note, duties and taxes are determined by shipping address and are collected at checkout.

In-store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at the Mociun showroom, located at 683 Driggs Ave, Brooklyn NY 11211, Monday-Saturday, 11am-6pm. For in-store pickup, select this option at checkout. When your order is ready to be collected, you will receive an email notification.
