CRZM Silver Jewelry Care

Repairs & Warranty


We offer a six month warranty on Mociun jewelry and CRZM which will cover the cost of any damages that are a result of manufacturing. However, if pieces are noticeably bent, show improper care, or are damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed at cost. We offer cleaning and stone tightening on all Mociun pieces where the first service will be complimentary and any servicing after your first service will be at a charge of $35. Outside of warranty, Mociun will perform repairs for a fee. Please note, if any jeweler other than Mociun makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry within the first 6-months, the Mociun warranty will be voided. We are happy to make minor adjustments to jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee. For international clients, there may be a local option for repair with trusted jewelers in your region.

To initiate a repair, please complete our Service Request Form. Our repairs team will be in touch upon receipt and review of your form. All shipments sent to Mociun require prior authorization. Shipments sent without prior authorization will be returned to sender. Shipments must be carefully packaged to ensure that items are not damaged in transit. Mociun does not cover shipping costs. We recommend fully insuring all shipments. Please contact your insurance provider to ensure that your shipment is protected and determine your best shipping option.

Promotions & Sales

Price reductions on sale items are automatic. Purchases of "Samples & Imperfects", as well as items purchased at sale pricing are considered final sale, with no exchanges or returns for refund permitted. Code-based or sale-based price reductions may not be applied retroactively toward previous purchases or redeemed for cash. No adjustments on prior purchases.

We do not accept offer codes or discounts on our items outside of our seasonal sale. If you find a discount code on an external website, it is not valid and cannot be used towards your purchase.

Fine Jewelry Sales Assistant

Mociun is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role must be professional with strong communication and organizational skills geared toward driving sales. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and product knowledge in an inspiring store environment. The successful candidate enjoys fine jewelry, art and design, and is able to effectively and genuinely communicate this to our clients, while achieving a high volume of sales.


The ability to work collaboratively as a part of a small team is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to grow with the company.


This is a full-time position based out of our office and store in Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:
  • • Prepare the store for opening through thoughtful merchandising, and pack up the store at the end of day with care for all fine jewelry pieces
  • • Be present on the sales floor and create a welcoming store environment by greeting each client and being available to provide information and answer questions
  • • Ability to show and sell ready to wear jewelry collection pieces
  • • Possess an ability to listen to client needs and/or milestone occasions to drive sales
  • • Identify when clients should be assisted by Senior Sales staff
    • • Schedule one-on-one client appointments with Senior Sales staff as needed
    • • Support Senior Sales staff with fine jewelry appointments from preparation through the end of the appointment
  • • Represent the brand identity and maintain integrity in interactions, both in person and through written communications
  • • Maintain a strong understanding of the product line, as well as company policies
  • • Demonstrate knowledge of third party vendors and product lines, including proper care and maintenance of all home & decor offerings
  • • Develop personal working strategies and selling plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
  • • Liaise with the Client Experience Team to address all client needs
  • • Follow all safety and loss prevention systems and processes
  • • Follow all established operational procedures consistently and thoroughly
  • • Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times and maintain merchandising standards
  • • Ensure proper care is taken for all sales, paperwork, receipts and invoices
  • • Contribute to regular sales meetings by communicating client requests and recognized trends

Qualifications:
  • • Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury sales role, fine jewelry experience preferred
  • • Ability to work in person (including weekends) at our Williamsburg shop
  • • Strong goal-oriented sales skills
  • • Familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspaces, iOS, macOS, and Shopify strongly preferred
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • • Compliance with local, state, and federal vaccination requirements

Annual compensation commensurate with experience; base starting at $60,000, plus commission.
